CES and the Catholic Social Justice Commission will hold a joint forum to discuss the recent Commission’s Social Justice Statement.

Copies of the Statement and Ten Steps Leaflet will be available at the forum for $1.50 a set.

Topic:  Everyone’s Business: Developing an Inclusive and Sustainable Economy

Speaker: Fr. Frank Brennan SJ

Fr. Frank Brennan is professor of law at Australian Catholic University and Adjunct Professor at the Australian Centre for Christianity and Culture, the Australian National University College of Law and the National Centre for Indigenous Studies. He is the National Director of Human Rights and Social Justice for Jesuit Social Services.

Chair:  Dr Helen Watchirs OAM

Dr Helen Watchirs is the current President and Human Rights Commissioner, ACT.  In this role she provides community education and information about the rights protected in the ACT Human Rights Act 2004.
